Meet Michelle

Health and Wellness Coach

I am and always have been passionate about health and fitness. My training method is built around the unique abilities and goals of each one of my clients, with the aim of not only transforming bodies, but also enriching lifestyles. Hi, I am Michelle and I am the owner of InsideOut Fitness Az. I am an AFPA certified personal trainer and health and wellness consultant.
I have a degree in elementary and special education and a Masters in secondary education. I taught middle school English for 7 years. I left the classroom when I had my first child and decided to stay at home with her and pursue my passion for fitness and health.
I now have two children and I am thrilled to be helping other women and families on their fitness journey. As women, we tend to focus on the needs of our family and others, and often put ourselves last. I feel we need an hour to be rejuvenated and focus on our health and well being so we can be the best US we can. How could one hour of your time create positive change in your life?

Friends, Fitness, and Fun

Classes offered on Monday and Wednesdays from 5:45pm - 6:45pm at G.R. Herberger Park (5802 E. Indian School Rd., Phoenix, Arizona 85018) and Tuesday/Thursday from 10:00am - 11:00am and Friday from 9:00am - 10:00am on zoom.
